Store Policy

Because of that products are handmade I need to have some spare time to make a product before shipping it to you, approximetly 2 weeks from the order to ship. Please keep that in mind while ordering.


Please contact me if you have any problems with your order or you want to initiate the return or contact via form.


I gladly accept returns:

  • Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
  • Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery
    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • I don't accept exchanges or cancellations


Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items 
  • Items bought on sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products). 
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
